WKLIP Feasibility Study
In the fall of 2021, Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy (CBAL) received funding from IRCC to conduct a feasibility study to identify the need and support for a Local Immigration Partnership in the West Kootenay region with a focus on the communities of Trail, Castlegar and Nelson.
